In addition to your mandatory rights as an Australian consumer, we also offer our own 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy. This is a "voluntary" policy on top of your statutory rights.

We trust that all request for returns are made in good faith. If, however, we have reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.

Please note that all refunds are limited to the purchase price paid for the massage chair less 20% restocking fee.

Please note: All returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item’s final selling price. The re-stocking fee covers reasonable costs incurred by us from processing the order, warehouse handling charges and other costs like inspection fee in order for our trained engineers to check the item in preparation for the next customer use.

No refunds for the shipping/delivery cost incurred by us will be made. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item safely back to our nominated warehouse.

No refund will be made if the massage chair returned to us arrived damaged.

All returned items must be in as-new saleable condition, including all packaging, instruction manuals and accessories.

Please email us at cs@irestonline.com.au to arrange the return of your goods and to obtain a return authorisation or Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number. No return will be accepted into our warehouse without an RMA number issued by us. We will advise you of the return location once we have approved your request.
