iRest Australia has distributed top-notch massage products in Australia since 2013.  We distribute only iRest branded products due to its outstanding quality that beats its competition. iRest is a global brand leader when it comes to massage chairs and is one of the world’s largest massage chair manufacturers.  As a result, we have full confidence in our products and its ability to give you the relaxing experience you’re looking for.  

 

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned due to faults or other reasons.  Please read the below information regarding our returns policy. 

 

Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

 

Exchange or Credit

We offer Exchange or Credit should there be any manufacturer-related issues (mechanical or technical) with the product. Any issues must be reported to us immediately within 14 days of delivery.  

 

Change of Mind Returns

We do not provide refunds for instances where a customer has changed their mind about the purchase, no longer requires the product or deems the product to be different in some way to the products listed on our website or on display in our stores. 

 

If a customer purchases a product to alleviate a particular health concern and the product does not achieve this, the customer understands that this it is not the responsibility of the company to offer a refund, exchange or credit. This is considered to be a change of mind. 

 

Team members employed by our company are not trained medical professionals and any advice provided regarding a particular health concern should be checked with your medical practitioner prior to purchasing. 

 

Approved Returns

 

Please email us at cs@smartbeautylife.com to request the return of your goods and to obtain a return authorization or Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number. 

 

No return will be accepted into our warehouse without an authorisation or RMA number issued by us.  We will advise you of the return location once we have approved your request. Customers must comply with all directions from our team to facilitate the return of goods.

 

No refunds for the shipping/delivery cost incurred by us will be made. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item safely back to our nominated warehouse.  

 

No refund will be made if the product returned to us arrived damaged or got lost in transit. 

All returned items must be in as-new saleable condition, including all packaging, instruction manuals and accessories.
